The document presented in the link above serves as a formatting template for authors submitting an abstract to the ISPRS & EARSeL Joint Istanbul Workshop, January 2025. It contains all the necessary style elements for you to prepare the abstract in the preferred format. This abstract will be used to assist the organizers in selecting papers for oral presentation and posters and in designing the technical programme. The document itself is set out using the layout and styles for the abstract. All abstracts are limited to a length of two (2) single-spaced pages (A4 size), including figures, tables and references. Your abstract should be saved in a file named as follows: “ID_Name_Joint WS 2025”. Your ID can be found in your user account details in ConfTool. The document is required to be uploaded in ConfTool in docx or pdf format to be considered for review.

Full Papers
Accepted abstracts (oral and poster) will be published as full papers at the ISPRS International Archives of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, listed in the ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) of the Web of Science, SCOPUS, the E/I Compendex, and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
After acceptance of the abstract, full-paper submissions must be formatted following the ISPRS format (templates for Word and Latex can be found here), with min-max length of 6-8 pages, including references.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their papers for possible publication in following ISPRS Journals.
Posters
The poster presentations should be prepared as portrait A0 format with maximum 841*1189 mm.
The full papers of the poster presentations will also be published in the ISPRS International Archives of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
